The Japanese prefer Sencha and it is the most brewed tea in Japan. You can easily recognize Sencha by its long needle-shaped, dark green leaves.
Sencha has a mild, grass-like, rounded flavour, which is how Japanese teas are recognized.
Organic Sencha Arata has a lovely, mild and refreshing flavour.
Very suitable for Asian cuisine and wok dishes.

Recommended preparation: water at 80 degrees / 6 g. per liter water (should be brewed with spring water for the best results).
