Organic Matcha TOP
Organic TOP Matcha in very good quality from Japan. Previously, Matcha was made from the best top buds from the Gyokuro teabush. Today Matcha is typically produced by Tencha. The tea leaves are first steamed and then crushed into powder.
Matcha is used especially at Japanese tea ceremonies which are linked to the Zen Buddhist ethics.
How to: 1 teaspoon (1.5 g) Matcha is poured into a small bowl. Then add 70 ml of water (65-75 °C water), whip up the Matcha powder until it is creamy and then ready to drink.
