The purpose of this specialtea is to put an end to many years of extreme poverty in the Bhakanje region of Nepal.
By establishing a local commercial production in this area, the farmers can be able to support their families while helping to create momentum for growth in the region.
The project is run in collaboration with the Human Practice Foundation and Himalayan Project Nepal.

The profit from the sale of this tea goes to Bhakanje Tea Cooperative.

This is an organic black tea of high quality, with a fascinating mild and pure flavour and a natural sweet bouquet.

Recommended preparation: 100 °C water/8 g. per ltr. Water.
