Chai orignates from India and Nepal and was first known as Masala chai. Chai means tea, but the indians add different spices and milk and sugar.  Chai is a hand crafted blend of rich black teas and aromatic spices than can be steeped like black tea or simmered in the traditional style.
Today Chai comes in many different variations, but we have put together a nice chai consisting of strong assam tea, cinnamon, orange, spannish pepper and spice. Chai is also known as the Cappuchino of tea and should be served with a little sugar.

How to make chai. (1 liter)

15 grams of chai tea (2/3 water 1/3 milk). Tea water and milk boils up in a pot. Let the chai boil for 5 minutes and remove the leaves and spices. Ad sugar.
