This is a powerful tea from the province of Yunnan in the southern part of China, where tea has been produced for 1700 years. Yunnan is the strongest of the Chinese black teas (Keemun and Panyong) but is not suitable for milk as it is low in tannic acid. Profile: Yunnan is a large-leaved tea of good quality, with beautiful golden and dark green leaves. The taste is slightly spicy, piquant and smoky, with notes of hay. Recommended preparation: 100°C water/6 g. per liter water. Time: 6 minutes
