This tea is based on the Chinese Pai Mu Tan. A beautiful and elegant white tea that you’ll find among the more full-bodied of the white teas. This makes the tea suitable as a basis for flavored blends. This Pai Mu Tan has been infused with the aroma of pear, pomegranate and elderberry. White Symphony has a refreshing bouquet. These fresh fruits are complemented by a soft vanilla that completes the tea nicely.
The white teas are suitable for the late evenings due to their low amount of caffeine. In addition, they are excellent for iced tea on hot days, and this White Symphony tea makes a refreshing beverage.
Recommended preparation: 80°C water / 10 g. per liter water
