This very fine, green tea comes from the Tia Mu mountains in the Fujian province.
This tea can only be picked once a year and it is 100% hand-picked. The tea consists of a green side leaf and a white bud.
The white leaf opens while the tea is steeping. According to the Chinese, this process should be described as the tea dancing inside the teapot.
The tea has a very fine, sweet and nutty flavour.

Recommended preparation: 80 °C Water/6 g. per liter water.
