White Darjeeling

This tea is relatively rare, as not much white tea is produced in the Darjeeling area. Only 250 g. may be picked per basket, as the tea leaves must not be pressed together and break. This is a large-leafed, soft and delectable Darjeeling with a wonderful bouquet. Profile: A beautiful, large-leaved quality of buds and lateral leaves. White Darjeeling has a light and elegant sweetness, with floral notes and a rounded aftertaste. Recommended preparation: 80 °C water/8 g. per ltr. Water. Time: 10 minutes.
