Top Sikkim Himalayas

Top tea from the small mountain state of Sikkim between India and Bhutan. Teas from Sikkim are very similar to the Darjeeling teas, but they are sweeter and contain more buds and tips than most Darjeeling teas. This Sikkim has a very elegant and soft flavor. This tea is rare and therefore only available in limited quantities. Profile: Top Sikkim consists of large, beautiful leaves that give a golden color in the cup. The taste is full-bodied and slightly floral, with a sweet and dry bouquet. Recommended preparation: 100°C water/6 g. per liter water. Time: 6 minutes
