This tea is based on a soft Oolong, which is a type of tea. Oolong is a semi-oxidized tea in which the oxygenation of tea leaves is stopped slightly sooner than with black tea. The oxygenation of tea leaves can range from 5%-90%, which determines the result and taste of the tea.
This Raspberry Oolong is a mild type of oolong, and together with the various berries, the result is a tasteful tea with a nice bouquet. In Raspberry Oolong you will find flavors of elderberry, black currant, raspberry, strawberry and currant, all of which contribute to a pleasant aftertaste. The full-bodied taste of berries makes this tea extremely suitable for iced tea.
Recommended preparation: 100°C water/10 g. per liter water.
