Pu Erh Earl Grey

Pu Erh is a fermented and often aged black tea from the Yunnan Province in China.
Pu Erh teas go through a special process which involves a microbial fermentation and oxidation process after the leaves have been dried and rolled.
The taste is rather special and often requires a little habituation.

Type of tea and year of production is often market on the tea boxes, because many Pu Erh types are to saved for maturing before they are enjoyed.

This specific Pu Erh has been added some bergamot flavouring to make it more fresh.

Recommended preparation: 100°C water/10 g. per liter water
