Panyong is known as one of the best teas from the Fujian province and can be traced all the way back to the Ming Dynasty in 1371, during emperor Hong Wu’s reign.
Panyong tea has been delivered to Buckingham Palace for many years, where especially the Queen has cared much for this lovely, soft and mild tea.
White tea leaves have been added to make the flavour even more delicate and complete.
Recommended preparation: 100°C water/6 g. per liter water.
Time: 6-8 minutes.
