Organically produced Darjeeling FTGOP with nice soft and very aromatic bouquet. The blade of a Darjeeling second flush has been through a longer firing, and the tea therefore appears darker than a first flush. Profile: Organic Darjeeling is harvested late in the season and contains fewer top shoots. As it is a large-leaved tea, the bouquet is full-bodied but light, and lighter than the small-leaved Darjeeling, with notes of flower, nutmeg and nutmeg. This tea is also available as Tea Bags. Recommended preparation: 100°C water/6 g. per liter water. Time: 6 minutes
