The Ceylon teas are usually classified in two categories of quality: High Grown. Here the tea bushes grow in 1200-2300 meters.
Low Grown is the term for the tea bushes that grow in under 1200 meters, which often results in a lower quality.
This Ceylon Broken Orange Pekoe is a High Grown tea from one of the highest located plantation on the island.
The tea has a significant character and a really nice bouquet.

Recommended preparation: 100°C water/6 g. per liter water.
