On the occasion of Perchs Thehandels’s 180 year anniversary, we launched this blend called Lu Yu blend.
This blend is named after the author of the first book ever written about tea.
The book was called “Cha Chiang” (Amazing Teas) and is perceived today as the original work about the noble art of tea-brewing.
Lu Yu was also the first to aromatize teas. In China, Lu Yu is today referred to as “the Tea Saint of China”.

Recommended preparation: 100°C water/10 g. per liter water
