The base of this black tea is the Chinese tea, Keemun. Keemun is a mild black tea, which gives a golden brown color in the cup. The tea has been infused with a natural aroma of lemon, and has mild but fresh notes.
This tea has a low content of tannic acid.
Recommended preparation: 100°C water/10 g. per liter water.
Time: 7 minutes.
