“Kjøbmager blend” pays tribute to the Kjøbmager neighbourhood – one of the most famous old quarters in the centre of Copenhagen. The neighborhood includes several charming streets, for example. Kronprinsensgade, where the very first A.C. Perch’s Tea Shop from 1835 is still located.
A blend of Earl Grey and Chinese Keemun is complemented by orange and jasmine blossom that enhances the tea with sweetness and floral notes. In bygone days, the latter two ingredients were often used to add flavor to tea, as at the time these were among the very limited flavor options. This old tradition has been recreated in the Kjøbmager mix.
Recommended preparation: 100°C water/6 g. per liter water.
