Java BOP Malabar

Java BOP Malabar is a large-leafed, soft and mild Indonesian tea. This tea is a great alternative to the Chinese black teas. The tea can be enjoyed both with and without milk. Profile: Java BOP is a relatively strong tea of a uniform, small-leaved quality from the Malabar area. The taste is slightly spicy and slightly smoky, and can be reminiscent of a milder version of Travancore Organic, but is softer than eg. Assam FTGBOP and Ceylon I BOP. Recommended preparation: 100°C water/6 g. per liter water. Steeping time: 5 minutes* *We recommend a longer steeping time if you want to add milk.
