Perch’s Iconic’s “Kjøbmager blend” pays tribute to the Kjøbermager neighbourhood – one of the most famous old quarters in the centre of Copenhagen. The neighborhood includes several charming streets, for example. Kronprinsensgade, where the very first A.C. Perchs Teashop from 1835 is still located.
Grocer’s Blend is a blend of Earl Grey on a mild, Chinese Keemun and orange and jasmine flower that enhances the tea with sweetness and floral notes. In bygone days, the latter two ingredients were often used to add flavor to tea, as at the time these were among the very limited flavor options. This old tradition has been recreated in the Kjøbmager mix.
