This tea is crafted on a smooth Oolong base, a semi-oxidized tea that falls between green and black tea. The oxidation process of Oolong tea leaves is stopped slightly earlier than for black tea. Oxidation levels can vary from 5% to 90%, which influences the tea’s character and taste.

This Raspberry Oolong is a mild variety of Oolong, and when combined with a selection of berries, the result is a refreshing tea with a delightful bouquet. In Raspberry Oolong, you will find flavors of elderberries, blackcurrants, raspberries, strawberries, and redcurrants, all contributing to a pleasant aftertaste. The rich berry flavor also makes it particularly suitable for iced tea.

Recommended preparation: 100°C water / 6 g per liter of water.
