Perchs Afternoon Tea Blend is based on a black Yunnan tea blended with Chinese flavored white tea. The rich black Yunnan provides a smooth and well-rounded base with mild fruity and berry notes. The blend contains fresh flavors of pomegranate, elderberries, and pear, complemented by a delicate vanilla aroma.
As the name suggests, this blend is perfectly suited for afternoon enjoyment, satisfying cravings for something sweet and fruity. It is delightful when served warm, but can also be enjoyed as a refreshing iced tea on warmer days.
This blend is also available in Tea Bags, in an organic version.
Recommended preparation: 100°C water / 6 g per liter of water.
Steeping time: 6 minutes.
