The classic Formosa Fancy Oolong from Taiwan is known for its elegant, sweet nutty-peachy flavor. This tea is suitable as Five O’Clock and After Dinner Tea. It contains no tannic acid and therefore does not become bitter. We recommend that you put the leaves directly in the jug and let them stay. Profile: This classic Formosa Oolong is a good everyday quality with brown, semi-twisted leaves. The tea is oxidized approx. 60% and will be between green and black tea in the taste profile. This oolong has a soft and round bouquet with notes of spicy honey, and stone fruit. Recommended preparation: 100°C water/6 g. per liter water. Time: 8 minutes
