Fen Wan is an absolutely stunning Chinese Oolong with a deep bouquet. The tea comes from the Hunan province which is located in the southern part of China.
This is a large-leafed tea that is easily oxidized. This will give you a very round cup of tea with a sligthly smoked taste.
We recommend that you use fewer leaves if you want your tea to be milder.

Recommended preparation: 80 °C water / 6 g. per liter water.
