Fen Wan is an absolutely stunning Chinese Oolong with a deep bouquet. The tea comes from the province of Hunan in southern China. This is a large-leaved tea that is slightly oxidized (30-50%). With Fen Wan you get a round cup of tea with a slightly smoky taste. If the tea is milder, we recommend that you use fewer leaves. Profile: Large-leafed, nice quality with green/brown shades. Fen Wan has a round and nuanced bouquet with classic notes of hay, light smoke and a spicy sweetness. Recommended preparation: 90-100°C water / 6 g. per ltr. water. Time: 6 minutes
