This black tea blend is made on a base of a Chinese black tea, Keemun. It is mild and turns golden brown in the cup after brewing. The mixture has been infused with natural of aroma of various citrus fruits and quince. This makes for a well-balanced tea with both sweet and fresh notes.
This tea has a low content of tannic acid.
Recommended preparation: 100°C water/10 g. per liter water.
Time: 7 minutes.
