Decaffinated Ceylon

Soft and round tea completely without caffeine. Since the 1980s, it has been technologically possible to remove caffeine from tea. This Ceylon has had the caffeine removed via a CO2 High Pressure method. Profile: A nice, large-leaved quality with a golden colour. The taste is nuanced with light notes of soft orange, honey sweetness and forest floor. Recommended preparation: 100°C water/6 g. per liter water. Time: 6 minutes
