Darjeeling First Flush Oolong from the plantation Turzum. First flush Darjeeling is produced from late March to mid-April. At this time, the tea plant again shoots fresh top shoots after it has rested over the winter. When daytime temperatures reach about 20 degrees Celsius, humidity increases with winter rainfall and, crucially, for the coming harvest.

The tea has a sweet, full-bodied and floral taste, a beautiful light color and is mild and soft in strength. The leaves can advantageously stay in the jug, as this tea does not become bitter.

Recommended preparation: 100°C water/6 g. per liter water.
