The basis of this blend is a black Chinese tea, Keemun. Keemun is a mild tea with a golden brown color in the cup. The blend has been given natural aroma of sweetish fruits such as strawberry, apricot and raspberry. In addition, the tea has a sweet aroma of cream, which makes the tea full-bodied.
This tea has a low content of tannic acid.
Recommended preparation: 100°C water/10 g. per liter water.
Time: 7 minutes.
