This tea comes from the Jianxi province. Chun Mee means “precious eyebrows” when translated from Chinese.
Due to its more powerful taste, Chun Mee is particularly well-suited for blends.
Chun Mee is a strong green tea with a slightly sharp flavour. If you want to enjoy the tea as clean as possible, we recommend that you use few leaves for each cup that you make.

Recommended preparation: 80°C Water / 6 g. per liter water.

Time: 4-5 minutes.
