The Ceylon teas differ quite a lot depending on where on the island and in which height they are grown. On top of this, the monsoon conditions also affects the flavour.
The most beautiful teas grow in 1500 meters height on the beautiful mountain side in the area around Nuwara Eliya which is located in the middle of the island. These teas also belong under the term High Grown.
