On the occasion of August Bournonville’s 200th birthday, at the request of the Royal Danish Theatre, we put together this mix. Like Bournonville’s ballet, it is a mixture of past, present and future. A beautiful mixture both for the eye and for the taste buds.
This tea is an Earl Grey type. The mixture is made on a base of an oolong and a black tea, and then added flavors of bergamot and jasmine flower. It is a mild blend in which bergamot and jasmine are well balanced.
Recommended preparation: 100°C water/10 g. per liter water.
