The base is a Ceylon Broken Orange Pekoe, which is a wonderful tea for everyday use with a classic, strong taste of Ceylon.
In our Aunt Perch blend we have added Assam to make the taste more powerful.
Very suitable for milk.

Recommended preparation: 100°C water/6 g. per liter water.
