Perch’s Afternoon Tea Blend is based on a black Yunnan blended with Chinese flavoured white tea. The black Yunnan is the base of a rounded and soft tea blend with mild notes of fruits and berries. The mixture contains fresh flavors of pomegranate, elderberry and pear, as well as a mild vanilla aroma. As this blend’s name so nicely suggests, it is excellent for afternoon indulgences, and will satisfy the craving for the sweet and fruity. The tea can be enjoyed hot, but it is also recommended to drink the tea as an iced tea on warmer days. This mixture is also available as Tea Bags, in an organic version. Recommended preparation: 100°C water/6 g. per liter water. Time: 6 minutes
