Pai Mu Tan

Pai Mu Tan is a white tea from the eastern Fujian province of China. When producing white tea, you only pick the top thin leaf buds – just before they unfold. The harvesting can usually only take place a few days a year and too much moisture these days can ruin the harvest. Pai Mu Tan has a nice soft taste and does not contain tannin. Pai Mu Tan is good with flavouring, which is why it is also often the basis of our white aroma tea.
