Earl Grey

Earl Gray is the most widely used aroma in the tea world. The flavor is based on fruit oils from the peel of bergamot fruit and originates from Canton, China. Today, both Chinese, Indian and Ceylonese teas are flavoured with this particular aroma, and the taste is well suited to different food dishes.
