In September 2022, A. C. Perchs opened its fifth tea shop and Tea Room at Flakhaven 1 in Odense, a historic area located in the city center. The square dates back to the 13th century and served for many years as a market where wood, clogs, baskets and other goods were traded. In addition, the square has hosted several historical events, including the appointment of author Hans Christian Andersen as an honorary citizen in 1867. Today, the square also houses Odense City Hall, whose beautiful façade can be seen from the windows of the tea shop.

In Perch’s Tea Room in Odense, we have recreated a unique and cozy atmosphere that is inspired by our other stores. The beautifully decorated space features familiar elements such as our iconic large gold cans as well as carefully selected furniture that reflects the history of tea from the tea rooms of the time

Our Tea Room offers a wide selection of teas, iced teas and smoothies as well as our well-known scones with lemon curd, whipped cream and jam. We also serve smaller lunches.
